5. Custom-Designed Products

Hot Gurl Paradise allows customers to create custom apparel designs using our online designer tool. By submitting a custom design, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use any text, logos, images, or designs uploaded;
• The content is not offensive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful;
• You grant us the right to produce the design solely for fulfilling your order.

We reserve the right to refuse production of any design at our sole discretion. Custom-designed items are made to order and are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order, including for incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

7. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via our payment provider. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
